BOULDER—Three Caplan and Earnest attorneys presented at the 2015 Colorado Association of School Executives’ Winter Leadership Convention, a three-day event attended by top school officials in the state. Managing partner Jim Branum and education law attorneys Stu Stuller and Coulter Bump presented or participated in panels.
Jim Branum and Coulter Bump presented, “School Finance: Nuts, Bolts & Beyond,” which discussed TABOR and contracting language in a session focusing on financial news for school districts.
Stu Stuller participated in the panel “Legal Issues Forum: Key Issues Facing Administrators,” which examined the critical legal issues impacting school districts and administrators, including student discipline and more.
Caplan and Earnest’s educational practice group is the largest in Colorado, representing more than half of school districts and BOCES statewide.
