Dillon Clayton is an attorney in Caplan & Earnest’s Business Law and Estate Planning practice groups. He previously served as a law clerk at Caplan & Earnest in 2021.

Dillon earned his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. He also earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to serving as a law clerk for Caplan & Earnest, Dillon also was a judicial intern for Colorado Supreme Court Justice Richard Gabriel.

When it is warm out, you can find Dillon hiking with his dog, Hermione, or out riding his bike. During the winter he loves to read and bake.
