Legal Billing and Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced legal billing and accounting specialist to join our team. Our legal billing and accounting specialist is responsible for working with attorneys to edit and generate invoices for the firm, complete payment and billing related accounting responsibilities, and provide support to attorneys and clients with billing or payment questions. The successful candidate will have three or more years of prior legal billing and basic accounting experience or related experience, excellent ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and be an excellent team member.

The salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with firm contribution, paid long and short-term disability, employer paid family leave, paid time off, and paid holidays. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
