Health Care Associate

Join our experienced health care team as an associate attorney. You will work with our experienced attorneys representing hospitals and medical professionals in administrative proceedings and litigation. The successful attorney will preferably have two or more years of experience with litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. The successful applicant will also have excellent skills in research, writing, and communication. Experience with and interest in administrative, licensing and regulatory matters in the healthcare sector is also preferrable.
