Meghan Anderson
Paralegal
Meghan Anderson is a paralegal in Caplan & Earnest’s Immigration Law practice. She has extensive experience in customer service and office management in various settings, including education, construction, and hospitality.
Prior to joining Caplan & Earnest, Meghan served as the student services coordinator and Designated School Official (DSO) at the Colorado School of English. In this role, she managed numerous responsibilities, including reviewing applications and serving as a liaison with applicants. She also ensured the school’s F-1 students were accurately included in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s database for nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors.
Meghan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Anthropology from the University of Oregon, where she also earned a certificate in second language acquisition and teaching. She joined Caplan and Earnest in June 2021 and now assists with all types of immigration applications, including employment and family-based petitions, non-immigrant visa applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and naturalization applications, and permanent labor certifications. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog in her free time.
