Parke Robbins’ practice is based in our Boulder office, and also spans throughout Eagle, Summit, and Denver. His practice includes business and corporate law, including business formation, governance, disputes, and transactions, estate planning, real estate, family law, and divorce.

Before joining Caplan & Earnest, Parke served as vice president and corporate legal counsel for a Denver-based private equity firm and its portfolio companies, advising leadership teams on complex matters requiring strategic judgment and risk management. Earlier in his career, he practiced as an estate planning and investment attorney, counseling individuals and families on comprehensive planning and related considerations. Prior to practicing law, Parke worked as a financial advisor.

Parke earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating in the top 12% of his class. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado – Boulder where he also played Division 1 football. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Outside of work, Parke enjoys staying active, snowboarding, playing golf, cheering on the Colorado sports teams, and remains connected to the Colorado community he calls home.
