Attorney Daniel Wolf Joins Caplan & Earnest’s Vail Office
Caplan & Earnest is pleased to announce that Daniel Wolf, an experienced real estate, business and commercial law attorney, has joined the firm as special counsel in the firm’s Vail office. Mr. Wolf has deep experience helping Colorado clients navigate complex real estate, business and commercial, and community association law.
“Dan is widely recognized as a distinguished authority on business, real estate and commercial law, and he has represented a wide variety of entities ranging from physician groups to banks to developers,” said Brad Hendrick, managing member at Caplan & Earnest. “We welcome Dan to the firm, and we’re pleased to have him join us to provide additional expertise to our clients.”

Mr. Wolf earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he received The American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts, as well as The American Bar Association Award for excellence in the Study of Land Use and Local Government. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge John A. Criswell of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Continental Divide Bar, the Colorado Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Wolf is active both in his community and the bar. He is a founder, trustee and a former long-time chairman of The Peak School in Frisco. He has also served on the boards of directors for the Vail Valley Chapter of the Salvation Army and Team Breckenridge Sport Club. He was appointed to and serves on the Fifth Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission, and he served two terms on the Fifth Judicial District Nominating Commission.
Mr. Wolf’s decision to join Caplan & Earnest follows several other notable additions over the past 14 months, including attorneys Andrew Littman, Chris Tomchuck, Rohn Robbins, Craig Weinberg and Timothy Johnson as part of a new Family/Divorce Law practice; attorney Ashlyn Kahler-Rios as part of the firm’s Immigration practice; and attorney Jack Peters as part of the firm’s Education Law practice. Caplan & Earnest now has 39 attorneys focusing on eight practice areas – Education Law, Health Law, Litigation, Immigration Law, Business Law, Compliance & Workplace Investigations, Estate Planning/Probate/Wills/Trusts and Family/Divorce Law.
