Caplan & Earnest Attorney Admitted to Prestigious American College of Trial Attorneys
Barbara Glogiewicz, member at Caplan & Earnest, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys. The invitation-only membership recognizes experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Founded in 1950, membership is composed of the best trial lawyers in the United States and Canada.
Glogiewicz is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Health Law practice groups. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Nursing and the University of Colorado Law School. She has spent her career representing doctors, hospitals, dentists, and long-term care facilities in the defense of malpractice claims.
Glogiewicz worked as a registered nurse at Rose Medical Center in Denver before earning her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School. She’s practiced law for more than 30 years, and has been named to Colorado Super Lawyers®, Top 100 Lawyers in Colorado for five of the past six years. Barbara was also selected as a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
