With a reputation for excellence in litigation and client advocacy and varied experience in several areas of the law, Ava brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, further strengthening its commitment to delivering compassionate, effective, and efficient legal solutions.
Ava’s legal career spans diverse practice areas, including personal injury, construction defect, criminal, and municipal law. Her experience handling cases from inception through settlement or trial demonstrates her ability to skillfully navigate the complexities of the legal process. Ava’s exceptional public speaking, interpersonal, and legal writing skills have earned her recognition as a strategic and collaborative advocate for her clients.

Previously, Ava served as an associate attorney at Overturf McGath & Hull, P.C., where she provided strategic counsel to clients throughout the litigation process and collaborated with other attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies. Her role included conducting depositions, drafting dispositive motions, trial briefs, and comprehensive case evaluations, which honed her ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Ava’s background also includes experience as a law clerk for the Boulder City Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted criminal cases under the Student Practice Act and gained insights into municipal government operations. Her legal internship at Geraghty Law Office further solidified her skills in legal research and analysis, particularly in real estate and premises liability cases.
Ava enjoys snowboarding, disc golfing, reading, game nights with friends, and spending time with her two dogs.
