Caplan & Earnest Names Chris Tomchuck to Lead the Firm’s Family Law Practice

Attorney Chris TomchuckWe are pleased to announce that member Chris Tomchuck will lead the firm’s Family Law practice. Mr. Tomchuck has more than 20 years of legal experience, representing clients in divorce, custody, support, property division, and other family law matters throughout Colorado. 

Mr. Tomchuck succeeds Andrew (“Andy”) Littman, who will continue his practice at Caplan & Earnest. 

“Chris brings a rare combination of legal acumen, emotional intelligence, and genuine compassion to his work with clients during what are often the most difficult times in their lives,” Kristin Edgar, who is the co-managing partner in charge of human resources and talent development, said. “Chris is an excellent choice to lead our Family Law practice, and I’m confident that under his leadership, our Family Law practice will continue to thrive and provide the exceptional service our clients deserve.”

Mr. Tomchuck is a current Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and has been a Colorado Bar Fellow since 2017. Mr. Tomchuck was recently appointed as an attorney member to the Commission on Judicial Performance for the Fifth Judicial District.
