Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP)

Amy Nolledo is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) in Caplan & Earnest’s Family/Divorce Law practice. She began her legal career in 2013 working for an oil and gas law firm, before focusing on family law in 2016. As an experienced family law paralegal, Amy sat for the first Colorado Licensed Legal Paraprofessional Bar Exam on April 30, 2024, and is now one of Colorado’s initial LLPs. Amy offers clients compassion and due diligence while guiding them through the legal processes involved in divorce, legal separation, and disputes concerning parenting responsibilities and child support. She offers attorneys invaluable organization skills necessary for successful negotiation and litigation of simple and complex divorce cases. Amy and her husband are parents of three young adults and two dogs. When she is not working, she is enjoying the outdoors by running or hiking.
