Andrew Littman manages Caplan & Earnest’s Family/Divorce Law section. Mr. Littman teams with clients to problem solve and navigate complex, sensitive divorce and family law matters.  His more than 40 years of experience in probate, real estate, business valuation, closely held companies, securities, medical issues and child-related matters allows him and his team to attend to all aspects of a Family law/Divorce case.

Mr. Littman has achieved notable victories – and established new legal precedent – at the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit involving family law and personal injury cases. He has also achieved successful results in multiple trial-court cases involving multimillion-dollar issues.

Mr. Littman earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and his law degree from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Littman has been ranked at the highest rating standard – AV – by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbard Peer Review Ratings. In his spare time Andy and his wife Tina are avid backcountry and alpine skiers, mountain bikers, runners and hikers He’s also dad to three adventurous children – Julia, Laura and Peter.
