Human Resources Manager

Brittney Parish is an experienced Human Resources Manager with over eight years of experience in various industries. As the Human Resources Manager at Caplan & Earnest, she oversees and directs human resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, benefit administration, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, culture and policy compliance.

Brittney has a keen interest in driving positive change and impact within organizations, by fostering a culture of inclusivity, fairness, and professional development. She is dedicated to supporting and developing the talent within a company, and to finding innovative solutions to HR challenges.

Outside of work, Brittney enjoys her time reading and writing, running, dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
