Zoe Verhoeven’s practice is based in our Boulder office. She is an attorney who practices in Caplan & Earnest’s litigation section. Zoe is a skilled advocate assisting clients in a broad array of civil litigation matters before state, federal, and administrative tribunals. Her practice includes counseling clients in disputes involving employment discrimination, civil rights, disability and accommodation, and torts.

Before joining Caplan and Earnest, Zoe served as a judicial law clerk in the Boulder District Court and the Washington State Court of Appeals in Seattle.

Zoe earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her bachelor’s in political science from the University of Washington. She served as an editor on the executive board of the Denver Law Review. During law school, Zoe completed internships with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Caplan & Earnest, and the Denver District Attorney’s Office. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending time with her husband and son, trail running, and baking.
