Caplan & Earnest Names Elliott Hood to Lead the Firm’s Litigation Practice

Attorney Elliott HoodWe’re pleased to announce that member Elliott Hood will lead the firm’s Litigation practice. Mr. Hood has been part of the firm’s Litigation and Education Law practices for more than eight years, and he regularly represents school districts, colleges, and universities across Colorado in complex civil litigation matters.  

Mr. Hood succeeds Gwyneth Whalen, who remains a key member of the firm’s Litigation practice.

Mr. Hood earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and his law degree from Northwestern University. He is also an elected member of the University of Colorado Board of Regents.
