Caplan & Earnest Welcomes Attorney Parke Robbins to Family Law Practice

Caplan & Earnest is pleased to announce that Parke Robbins has joined the firm as an attorney in its Family Law practice.

Before joining Caplan & Earnest, Parke served as vice president and corporate legal counsel for a Denver-based private equity firm and its portfolio companies, advising leadership teams on complex matters requiring strategic judgment and risk management. Earlier in his career, he practiced as an estate planning and investment attorney, counseling individuals and families on comprehensive planning and related considerations. He also clerked with a Boulder law firm, where he supported litigation strategy and drafted motions, briefs, and other legal filings, including work involving family law matters.

His background, particularly his experience counseling individuals and families through estate planning and his work in litigation support, gives him a well-rounded perspective that’s especially valuable in family law matters, where financial, parenting and long-term planning issues often intersect. Parke earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
