Caplan & Earnest Welcomes Attorney Tyler McLeod to Litigation Practice
Caplan & Earnest is excited to announce that Tyler McLeod has joined the firm as an attorney in its Litigation Practice Group. With more than 20 years of experience in employment law and civil litigation, Tyler brings exceptional expertise in complex litigation, statutory enforcement, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Caplan & Earnest, Tyler served as a senior trial attorney and counsel to the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor in Denver, where he led federal district court and administrative litigation. Before his government service, Tyler was a partner a law firm in Omaha, Nebraska, where he chaired the employment law and litigation groups, representing businesses and political subdivisions in employment claims, business transaction disputes, and other matters.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served on the University of Kansas Law Review. He began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals. Licensed to practice in Colorado, Tyler is active in community service, most recently serving as a mentor with the Denver Public Schools’ mentoring program at South High School.
