Caplan & Earnest Announces $5,000 Education Law Grant

Applications are now open for Caplan & Earnest’s Education Law grant program. The Education Law practice group will award a $5,000 grant to a Colorado-based nonprofit organization that helps remove barriers for underrepresented post-secondary learners, empowering students to achieve their academic and career goals. The application deadline is Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at 5 p.m. MST. 

For more than 50 years, Caplan & Earnest and its Education Law team have partnered with schools, districts, and educational institutions to eliminate obstacles and advance their mission of delivering excellent education. This annual grant extends that commitment by providing targeted support to nonprofits serving students who have historically been underrepresented in post-secondary education settings.
