Caplan & Earnest Expands Health Law Services to Wyoming

Two Caplan & Earnest health law attorneys, Meghan Pound and Cathleen McCaffrey, have earned their licensure to practice law in Wyoming to better meet the needs of clients with complex legal needs in the state.

Caplan & Earnest represents a wide range of healthcare entities, including large health systems, physician groups, dental practices, behavioral health organizations, senior care centers and programs, skilled nursing facilities, and individual health care providers.

“It is not uncommon for clients in the Rocky Mountain region to have needs across multiple states, and being licensed to practice in Wyoming allows us to represent their interests in a more effective manner,” said Ms. McCaffrey.

Ms. Pound, who leads the firm’s health law practice, said she expects that client work in the state will continue to grow with both existing and new clients.
